Established in 1995, Relax (Group) Corporation is a leading designer and manufacturer of fitness and rehabilitation equipments in China and has built the production and R&D bases separately in Qingdao and Rizhao.

Among them, Qingdao production and R&D base: Shandong Relax Health Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 and with a registered capital of RMB100,000,000.00. Rizhao production and R&D base: Shandong Relax Sports Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 and with a registered capital of RMB160,000,000.00. These two bases have the production area of more than 100,000.00 square meters, own several full ranges of advanced production lines and 2500pcs(sets) of various equipments used from the raw materials to finished products and in the steel cold processing, precision parts processing, welding, electrostatic coating, electronic products assembly and testing, finished products assembly and adjustment, which make Relax at the domestic leading level.

Relax is the first company that develop and mass-produce the high-end training equipments in commercial use and its R&D center is awarded as "National Model Worker Innovation Studio", "China Fitness Equipments Industry Technology Center", "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center", "Provincial Engineering Research Center" and "Provincial Industrial Design Center" succeedingly.
